Abstract
⺠Expression of lipase Pf2001 in E. coli Rosetta(DE3)pLysS and BL21(DE3)pLysS. ⺠A factorial design 32 to verify the influence of temperature and IPTG on the expression. ⺠Higher lipase production when using the codon-rich strain Rosetta(DE3)pLysS. ⺠Optimal region of expression at 30 °C in 4 h, with a lipase production of 240 U/L. ⺠Production rate of the enzyme had effects on cell growth and activity.
