Abstract
⺠Fusion proteins of RFP with fungal family 1 CBDs were expressed in Pichia pastoris. ⺠They could be purified by single-step cellulose affinity purification in high yield. ⺠The recovery was increased in the presence of ammonium sulfate. ⺠The bound fusion proteins could be easily and quickly eluted with water. ⺠This system appears to be suitable for large-scale purification of target proteins.
