Abstract
⺠We found a novel human gene named TCRP1. ⺠TCRP1 appears as a candidate related to the cisplatin resistance. ⺠IFA and IHC analysis showed TCRP1 is mainly localized in cytoplasm. ⺠TCRP1 can mediate cisplatin resistance against DNA damage. ⺠Expression of TCRP1 may be useful as an indicator of the sensitivity to cisplatin.
