Abstract
⺠The codon-optimized non-N-glycosylated porcine IL3 was expressed and purified in Pichia pastoris. ⺠The non-N-glycosylated porcine IL3 still keeps the original stem cell mobilization function. ⺠The high-mannose N-glycosylation problem of P. pastoris expressed porcine IL3 was resolved.
