Abstract
⺠The type II RIP riproximin was purified from the fruit kernels of Ximenia americana. ⺠The newly established purification procedure is described. ⺠Purified batches showed reproducible biochemical and biological properties. ⺠Purified fruit kernel riproximin consisted of a mixture of closely related isoforms. ⺠The purified riproximin provides a reliable basis for its further development.
