Abstract
⺠A method of expression of biotinylated proteins in insect cells is described. ⺠Biotin protein ligase has to colocalize with the target for proper biotinylation. ⺠Tagged and biotinylated protein crystallizes after single step purification. ⺠Tag does not compromise enzymatic activity of the protein.
