Abstract
⺠Human Cofilin1 protein was successfully expressed as soluble form in Escherichia coli BL21. ⺠The optimized induction conditions for Cofilin1 expression were identified. ⺠Cofilin1 was rapidly and efficiently purified by one-step Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. ⺠Purified Cofilin1 protein possessed good bioactivity. ⺠Purified Cofilin1 obtained preserved high immunogenicity.
