Abstract
⺠Heart/muscle-type isozyme of CPT1 (CPT1b) was expressed in COS and yeast cells. ⺠The amount of the expressed CPT1b was larger in COS cells than in yeast cells. ⺠The estimated specific activity of CPT1b was higher in yeast cells than in COS cells.
