Abstract
⺠β-N-Acetylhexosaminidase from extremophilic fungus Talaromyces flavus was sequenced. ⺠Enzyme production significantly improved in P. pastoris. ⺠Single step purification of recombinant β-N-acetylhexosaminidase was sufficient. ⺠Wild type and recombinant enzyme retained the same biochemical properties. ⺠The first report on expression of fungal β-N-acetylhexosaminidase in yeast.
