Abstract
⺠A novel method for producing recombinant neurotrophic factor Artemin is described. ⺠Recombinant Artemin protein is dimeric, highly pure and active in a cellular assay. ⺠Dimerization and stability of Artemin are characterized using various methods. ⺠Experiments for development as therapeutic for neuropathic pain will be facilitated.
