Abstract
⺠GalNAc-ase from Aspergillus niger was expressed in Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain. ⺠Purification, characterization of the recombinant and wild enzyme are described. ⺠GalNAc-ase from non pathogenic source active in neutral pH has not been described yet. ⺠Unique properties of this enzyme can find a use for the enzymatic synthesis.
