Abstract
⺠The method to purify RSV F protein from RSV particles is established. ⺠Gradient ultracentrifugation with two-step chromatographic process was used. ⺠The purified RSV F was recovered as a functional 140 kDa homodimer. ⺠Our protocol preserved 54% amount of the original RSV F protein.
