Abstract
► Two endoglucanase genes were cloned from a lignocellulosic decomposing fungus. ► Both of two genes were successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris X33. ► Several biochemical properties of the two recombinant enzymes were studied. ► These enzymes can attract a great deal of interest for industrial applications.
