Abstract
⺠We determined the expressions of TREM in the lung tissues of LPS-treated mice. ⺠We determined the expressions of TREM-1 and TREM-2 mRNA in various lung cells. ⺠We observed the TREM-1/TREM-2 ratio and presumed the effect on acute lung injury. ⺠We determined effects of VIP on expressions of the TREM in LPS-treated lung cells.
