Abstract
âºANP induces the release of histamine, TNF-α and serotonin in mast cells. âºANP reduces cAMP level in mast cells. âºANP evokes tissue swelling and granulocyte infiltration in wild-type mice. âºANP-induced cutaneous inflammation is suppressed in mast cell-deficient W/Wv mice. âºANP-induced cutaneous inflammation is restored in BMCMC â W/Wv mice.
