Abstract
⺠The observed rate of nuclear import increases at higher GR concentrations. ⺠Loss of dimerization results in a decrease in the observed rate of nuclear import. ⺠Loss of dimerization results in a decreased extent of GR nuclear localization. ⺠The rate of nuclear export increases at low GR concentrations. ⺠The rate of nuclear export increases when GR dimerization is abrogated.
