Abstract
⺠8 natural steroids isolated from plant, Dysoxylumgrande, Meliaceae. ⺠New steroids named Grandol A to F (1 to 7) and 20S,24R-epoxy-7β,25-dihydroxy-3,4-secodammar-4(28)-en-3-oic acid (8). ⺠Two of the New steroids (Grandol A and B) gave moderate activity as acetylcholinesterase inhibitors.
