Abstract
⺠A number of novel steroidal PR-modulators were designed and synthesized. ⺠These compounds exhibit a spectrum of antiprogestin to mesoprogestin activity. ⺠Agonistic PR-modulators that inhibit ovulation are promising agents for the treatment of various gynecological disorders.
