Abstract
⺠We extracted endogenous estrogens from humans' urine. ⺠Endogenous and exogenous estrogens identified by mass spectrometry. ⺠Endogenous and exogenous estrogens were discriminated by carbon isotope. ⺠Exogenous estrogens administered could be detected by carbon isotope analysis. ⺠Carbon isotopic analysis of estrogens had potential clinical value.
