Abstract
Problem-based learning is a main line in clinical pharmacy teaching. The objective of our work, promoted by the French association of clinical pharmacy teachers (ANEPC), is to implement an internet problem-based learning tool for clinical pharmacists and pharmacy students. All users must be able to provide clinical cases from their experience and work on their colleagues' cases through a Web 2.0 tool. Kfarma is a free access website for pharmacists and pharmacy students available at www.anepc.org/Kfarma. After creating an account, users can access and validate cases available on the database. They may also share their own cases and add comments through a forum system. The implementation of new tools for clinical pharmacy learning in France is a crucial need. Problem-based learning is appropriate to the specific requirements of clinical pharmacy. Kfarma is a user-friendly website intended to improve training for pharmaceutical care providing. The use of this learning tool could be of great interest to share experiences of clinical pharmacists from French-speaking countries.
