Abstract
: The purpose of this study is to design a tool dedicated to the continuing education of pharmacy technicians working with anticancer drugs and the share of this tool with others regional centralized units. Material and methods: A computer quizz-test for continuing education was proposed to the staff. Quizz-tests were selected on the Internet in order to define ergonomic criteria and to choose a quizz generator computer program. Results: A first quizz for cytotoxic drugs stability was created by a pharmacist. It was then experimented by 5 technicians and 3 pharmacists including 2 from other regional centralized units. All the 8 experimentators reported that: 1) the visual presentation was good or very good (8/8); 2) the test was didactic (6/8); 3) the number of questions and answers was sufficient (7/8) and 4) this way of evaluation was pleasant (8/8). Twenty other quizz tests were created in order to improve knowledge for preventing errors and increasing work quality. Discussion/Conclusion: In the literature, self evaluation and education game tools are effective in learning process and stimulating for user. Nevertheless, knowledge experience has to be regularly evaluated. This tool was proposed to regional colleagues who participated in quizz-tests validation to set up a regional continuing education.
