Abstract
Our knowledge acquired through extensive study of the human genome and the development of genetically modified organisms (GMO) provide real possibilities for cancer treatment. Considered for quite a long time as a promising research line owing to the results obtained through experiments on animals, gene therapy nowadays proposes in cancerology more and more trials on man with therapic vaccines that include GMO. Far from the usual chemical synthesis which constitutes the basic cultural standard of chemotherapy, theses new medicines that are attractive nevertheless arouse questions about the characteristics of their structure and the possible risks their use may generate as well about the indispensable equipment and organizational facilities those medical centres should be endowed with in order to guarantee total health security.
