Abstract
The range of published data is wide but our result is similar to other French or European data. Many authors emphasize that it is necessary to evaluate the quality of care in order to avoid overuse of chemotherapy near the end of live without clinical benefit for patients. The prognostic profile may be useful for it and develop supportive and palliative care. The patient's treatment preference and choice is an important part of the decision.
