Abstract
The monitoring of the biocontamination allowed to set different levels of alert and related actions to be taken. Operators training on hygiene and manipulation in an aseptic environment must be reevaluated. Intervention procedures have been proposed to ensure the microbiological quality of the CAA as required by GMP.
