Abstract
The development of computerized prescribing order in hospitals is a factor facilitating access to prescriptions by the pharmacist. The latter will therefore increase its analytical work and validation of these. Pharmacist's interventions (PI) will naturally integrate the patient file. It will be the mark of the substantive work of the pharmacist that will be performed. Some works related to the clinical and economic impact of PI have been done in France. However, to our knowledge, the formulation of their content has been the subject of little debate and none has been published on this subject. The purpose of this paper was to propose a structure type that will support effectively the PI. This is complemented by a discussion and illustrations that incorporate the context in which this PI is performed.
