Erreurs de préparation et d'administration de médicaments injectables dans un hôpital tunisien : étude prospective

This study shows that the preparation and administration of intravenous drug must be considered as a high-risk activity. It also shows the need for the cooperation with the pharmacist in order to train nurses and to redact standard procedures.
