Abstract
These hospitals are confronted to several difficulties with the use of a computerized tracking circuit. Staff implication (pharmacy, computer department and operating room department), softwares, non-harmonized identification systems of IMD are essentials points that must be taken into account in quality of tracking of IMD. We think that a national study, with the same quality indicators, should help hospitals improve their tracking of IMD.
