Abstract
⺠A novel mPCR has been developed to detect 10 target virulence genes of DEC strains. ⺠The method described will reduce the cost and improve the time efficiency of mPCR. ⺠The method performs simultaneous amplification of E. coli-virulence genes. ⺠The method would be a valuable contribution to routine diagnostic laboratory tests. ⺠The mPCR also provides important information for the physicians and others.
