Abstract
⺠We developed chicken IgY antibodies for staphylococcal enterotoxins. ⺠The specific IgYs showed no reaction with staphylococcal protein A. ⺠The IgYs were applicable for ELISAs, lateral flow devices and immunopillar chips. ⺠The immunopillar chip detected SEs with a detection limit (0.01-0.1 ng/ml) in milk. ⺠The ELISA and LFD showed good performance on contaminated dairy products.
