Abstract
⺠F0F1-ATPase within chromatophore was constructed as a molecular motor biosensor. ⺠Several foodborne pathogens were detected specifically by the biosensor. ⺠The probe-DNA sequence-specific binding endows the method with high specificity. ⺠The biosensor can detect pathogens at lower concentration.
