Abstract
⺠Bacteriophage (ÏPto-bp6g) exhibited a bactericidal activity against Pseudomonas. ⺠Lysis of bacterial cells was prominent after 4-5 h of inoculation into Pseudomonas. ⺠ÏPto-bp6g contains an icosahedral head with a long tail, as the family of Siphoviridae. ⺠Seventy-seven open reading frames of ÏPto-bp6g were identified and annotated.
