Abstract
⺠We developed a novel T-RFLP protocol based on Lactobacillus hsp60. ⺠We determined the terminal restriction fragment (TRF) profiles of 96 Lactobacillus spp. or strains. ⺠This new protocol is semi-quantitative. ⺠We performed this protocol on mice fecal samples for community and species level analysis.
