Abstract
⺠A novel amperometric immunosensor for detection of staphylococcal enterotoxin A in cheese was successfully constructed. ⺠A platform of cysteamine-protein A- anti-SEA was selected for the development of the immunosensor. ⺠The proposed immunosensor gave comparable results to commercial kit for detection of staphylococcal enterotoxin A.
