Abstract
⺠We developed a multiplex real-time PCR for contagious agalactiae diagnosis. ⺠The four etiological agents are included and differentially identified. ⺠Intra- and inter-species variability was assessed for assay design. ⺠The assay limit of detection is around 10 gene copies per reaction.
