Abstract
⺠We analyzed trajectory of Navicula sp. diatom cells using a micro chamber every one second. ⺠Correlation between the distances moved, the velocity, and the acceleration of the cells was analyzed in detail. ⺠Characteristics of individual cells that did not appear in averaged values were well visualized in the case of single cell analysis.
