Abstract
⺠We report the optimized and highly reliable protocol for ATMT of B. sorokiniana. ⺠The procedure is simple and has better transformation rates as compared to PMT. ⺠The fluorescence markers DsRed and EGFP were successfully expressed in the fungus. ⺠Southern blots revealed random and single copy integration of the reporter genes. ⺠Microscopic studies of hyphal fusions and in planta colonization were performed.
