Abstract
⺠We did fatty acid, GC-MS analyses on various Mycobacterium species. ⺠We identified the 12 compounds which best explain the variance between the species. ⺠A multivariate statistical model was built to predict sample group membership. ⺠Group memberships were correctly assigned to all test samples.
