Abstract
												⺠Development of qPCR multiplex assays for streptomycin and tetracycline resistance genes in plant and soil samples. ⺠Most frequently identified genes in soil pre- and post-slurry treatment were strB, aadA, tetB and tetM. ⺠Decrease in relative concentration of tetB and streptomycin resistance genes in samples taken post-slurry treatment.
