Abstract
In our previous work, we have proposed a user interface that combines a mouse with a mobile projector and that allows users to perform peephole interaction, which is an effective method for realizing a wide workspace with a mobile device. In this paper, we conducted a new experiment that compared the proposed system and a tablet PC. The result showed that the participants were able to complete a map navigation task in significantly shorter time with the proposed system than with a tablet PC. We also show users' perceptions about our proposed interface through qualitative analysis.
