Abstract
Poor oral health can result in periodontal disease. Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gums of infectious origin which, when treated quickly, is cured without sequelae but, without treatment, usually develops into gingivitis with local and systemic consequences. Whether it's children, seniors, pregnant women, diabetic patients, oncology patients or those with heart disease, oral hygiene is essential.
