Optimal sequencing of blocked 2m-k fractional factorial designs

In this paper, we consider the problem of sequencing blocks for regular 2m-k fractional factorial designs occurring in 2p blocks of size 2m-k-p. An optimality criterion is introduced for sequencing blocks within a given design and tables of optimal blocking sequences are provided for most of the designs given in Sun et al. (Technometrics 39 (1997) 298).
