Abstract
⺠Poly(diallyldimethylammonium)-alginate-metal ion-enzyme biocomposites are prepared. ⺠The biocomposites are studied by microscopic/electrochemical methods. ⺠Amperometric enzyme electrodes of glucose and lactate are thus developed. ⺠The enzyme electrodes work well for biosensing of glucose and lactate. ⺠The enzyme electrodes work well as bioanodes for biofuel cells of glucose and lactate.
