Abstract
⺠Porous polypropylene frit was used as a support of PDMS coating. ⺠Method was established for analysis of aldehydes biomarkers in human serum samples. ⺠Compared with SBSE, the developed method is simple, labor-saving, rapid, robust and sensitive. ⺠It enables effective cleanup of sample matrix simultaneously with enrichment of target analytes.
