Abstract

A l-cysteine (l-Cys) self-assembled modified gold electrode was used to detect dopamine (DA) by chronoamperometric method (CE) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA). The defective limit is 2.0 × 10− 8 mol L− 1 (S / N = 3). The proposed method was applied to detect DA in the samples with satisfied result.
