Abstract
⺠H2 metabolism in Thermotoga maritima unraveled by systems biology analysis. ⺠In silico growth-coupled knockout strains with high H2 yields are given. ⺠An in silico increase of 125% in H2 yield was computed using a synthetic oxidative module.
