Abstract
⺠Dynamics of liposome adhesion at mercury interface is explored. ⺠Amperometric signals were analyzed with reaction kinetics and mechanical models. ⺠The reaction kinetics model identifies temporal evolution of three distinct states. ⺠The mechanical model provides a physical interpretation of these states. ⺠Liposome content is released through transient pores formed in the cap membrane.
