Abstract
⺠Examine N2 and water fog mitigation of H2-O2-N2 deflagrations for a vented cylinder. ⺠Compare FLACS CFD explosion model simulations and experimental test data results. ⺠The model reproduces similar general trends to those found in the experimental tests. ⺠The combination of N2 dilution and fog is more effective than predicted in some cases.
