Abstract
⺠30 °C is optimum for hydrogen production at all light intensities. ⺠Lowest amount of hydrogen was produced 38 °C for all light intensities. ⺠Lactic acid is the preferred substrate in the system. ⺠Lactic acid was consumed by first order kinetics. ⺠A shift from zero to first order was observed in acetic acid consumption kinetics.
