Abstract
► Nglc/CrVI reaction proceeds through a mechanism combining one and two electron pathways. ► Oxidation of Nglc by CrIV (generated in situ) showed to be a fast reaction. ► The NH2 group produces a decrease in the oxidation rate of Nglc by chromium.
