Abstract
Four binuclear complexes of 4-MeOC6H4TeCl3 with different diphosphine disulfide ligands were prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. The coordination around Te is pseudo-octahedral with aryl group and the lone electron pair in axial positions relative to the TeCl3S equatorial plane. One compound shows weak secondary Teâ¯Cl bond completing the distorted octahedral coordination around the central atom.
